As part of the company’s efforts to enhance its participation and diversify its activities, and in collaboration with the Government of Dubai, we organized a training workshop titled “Customer Happiness Diploma.” The workshop aimed to empower participants with the skills necessary to enhance customer happiness, improve service quality, and elevate the customer experience. This contributes to building strong relationships with clients and enhancing the institution’s reputation, ensuring the continuous development and improvement of participants’ skills and performance in the area of customer happiness.
