As part of the company’s efforts to enhance its participation and diversify its activities, and in collaboration with the Government of Dubai, we conducted a training workshop titled Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehousing, Demand Forecasting and Planning, and Risk Management in Warehousing and Logistics Operations. The workshop aimed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills to efficiently understand and manage logistics and supply chain operations. It enabled participants to study and apply best practices in procurement, warehousing, forecasting, and planning, with a focus on gaining deeper insights into organizing and optimizing workflow within warehouses and logistical networks. Additionally, the workshop covered how to manage potential risks in supply and warehousing operations, contributing to high efficiency and continuous improvement in logistics performance.

As part of the company’s efforts to enhance its participation and diversify its activities, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are offering a specialized program titled “Text Summarization.” This program aims to equip trainees with the skills to write texts quickly and efficiently, achieving a high level of mastery. It provides a comprehensive training curriculum for the art of summarization, enabling trainees to keep up with speech at a speed ranging from 80-130 words per minute. The curriculum includes multiple learning stages, from beginner to advanced levels.

As part of the company’s efforts to enhance its participation and diversify its activities, and in collaboration with the Government of Dubai, we organized a training workshop titled “Customer Happiness Diploma.” The workshop aimed to empower participants with the skills necessary to enhance customer happiness, improve service quality, and elevate the customer experience. This contributes to building strong relationships with clients and enhancing the institution’s reputation, ensuring the continuous development and improvement of participants’ skills and performance in the area of customer happiness.

As part of the company’s efforts to enhance its participation and diversify its activities, and in collaboration with the Government of Dubai, we conducted a training workshop titled “Certified Contracts Manager Certificate.” The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve contract management in the contemporary business context. It focused on achieving strategic agility in contract preparation and execution, as well as enhancing the understanding of relevant laws and regulations, with the goal of achieving sustainable improvements in service quality and overall performance.
