First: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between “Roaa Training and Consulting Company” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the website user or the participant registered in the training programs (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”). Completing the payment or registration process constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and full acceptance of all the terms set out below.
2. Registration and Eligibility
The Participant acknowledges that they have full legal capacity to enter into financial contracts. The Participant agrees to provide accurate and correct information, including the name matching the ID/passport, email address, and phone number. The Company shall not be held responsible for any errors in certificates or delays in communication resulting from incorrect information provided by the Participant.
3. Fees and Payments
- All fees displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 5% in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Payments are processed through secure and approved electronic payment gateways. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking if the payment process is not completed or if financial fraud is suspected.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, training kits, presentations, videos, and distributed templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Roaa Training and Consulting Company or the relevant accreditation bodies. The Participant is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, photographing, or republishing any part of these materials for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written approval from the Company’s management. Any violation of this provision may subject the Participant to legal liability.
5. Certificate Issuance Requirements
Completing the payment process does not guarantee the issuance of a training or professional certificate. Certificate issuance is subject to the following criteria:
- Achieving the required attendance rate, which is usually not less than 75% of the total program hours.
- Passing any assessments, projects, or examinations required by the Company or the international accreditation bodies.
- Maintaining professional conduct and active participation during the training program.
6. Code of Conduct and Dismissal
The Company reserves the absolute right to exclude or terminate the participation of any Participant, without any obligation to refund the fees, in the event of unprofessional conduct, causing disturbance to trainers or other participants, or violating safety and security rules or public morals.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable local laws. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such dispute.
Second: Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Company is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy to protect the rights of all parties and regulate training seats:
1. Cancellation by the Participant (In-Person and Live Online Programs)
- Early cancellation: If a cancellation request is submitted in writing through the official email at least 14 days before the training program start date, the Participant shall be entitled to a full refund of the fees, with only administrative fees or payment gateway transfer fees of 5% deducted.
- Mid-period cancellation: If a cancellation request is submitted within 7 to 13 days before the program start date, the Participant shall be entitled to a refund of only 50% of the total fees paid.
- Late cancellation and No-Show: If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the program start date, or if the Participant fails to attend, the Participant shall not be entitled to claim any refund.
2. Recorded Programs (Self-Paced Learning)
Once payment is completed and the Participant is granted access to the educational materials or videos for non-live programs, the Participant shall not be entitled to claim any refund under any circumstances, due to the nature of digital products.
3. Postponement and Substitution
- The Participant may request to postpone attendance to a future edition of the same program one time only, provided that the Company is notified at least 7 working days in advance.
- The Participant’s seat may be substituted with another participant from the same entity, provided that the Company is notified at least 3 working days in advance and the information is updated.
4. Cancellation by the Company
If the Company is required to cancel or postpone the training program for any reason, the Participant shall be given the option to:
- Convert the fees into credit to be used for other training programs offered by the Company.
Third: Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
The Company is committed to protecting the Participant’s personal data privacy in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law in the United Arab Emirates. This Policy explains how such information is collected, used, and protected.
2. Data Collected
During registration, the Company collects only the necessary data, including full name, job title, organization, phone number, and email address, for the purpose of completing registration procedures, issuing certificates, and academic communication.
3. Financial Information Security (Payment Gateways)
The Company does not collect, store, or process credit card details or banking information on its own servers. All financial transactions are processed directly through a secure, encrypted, and approved electronic payment gateway.
4. Use and Sharing of Data
- The Company uses the Participant’s data to provide training services, send program-related updates, and improve the quality of services.
- The Participant’s data, limited to name and email address only, may be shared with international professional accreditation bodies, if the Participant is registered in an internationally accredited program, solely for membership registration and international certificate issuance purposes.
5. Data Protection
The Company takes all strict technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
6. Participant Rights
The Participant has the right at any time to request access to their registered personal data, request its correction, or request its deletion from marketing records by contacting the Company through its official email address.
