As part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its engagement and diversify its professional development initiatives, we delivered a training workshop entitled “Systematic Institutional Change Management.” The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage organizational change in a structured and effective manner. It also focused on strengthening their ability to address resistance to change, analyze related challenges, and develop appropriate strategies to support successful transformation. In addition, the workshop introduced participants to leading practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating change initiatives, contributing to improved organizational performance, the achievement of strategic objectives, and the sustainability of institutional development.
